Killswitch were never "heavy", relatively speaking. Also, I don't see how they're now a "dime a dozen band", when they are one of the originators of metalcore as we know it. Their problem is that honestly, they haven't changed the formula that they invented at all since the Alive or Just Breathing days.

They haven't came close to making good songs like Rise Inside, Barely Breathing or whatever it's called. Everything on Alive Or Just Breathing is heavy and very good. Since Jesse left, they went downhill fast. How do you go from Rise Inside to Rose Of Sharyn? Or Vide Infra to My Curse and sh*t like Starting Over.

17 x 2. i'm relieved that he's alright and i feel even better that he's back, even tho i wouldda LOVE to have been on the show where jesse guest appeared but w/e, just like bg said, howard is better, and like nat's said, they've stuck to the formula that they've created for far too long. i'm rlly getting tired of hearing about having love, loosing love and everlasting love. how about war, revolution, insanity, astrology, psychology, etc.

Good to hear HoJo is back up to speed. Now if only they could stop making sh**ty generic sounding mallcore music and get some creativity juices flowing...gotta say I agree with you guys that as a lyricist and song writer Jesse Leach was leaps and bounds ahead of HoJo and I wish they'd return to their roots...but man HoJo is still a f***ing beast behind that mic.

Stop debating who is better. Everyone has there own opinion. Personally, I like them both equally. I have warmed up to Howard, and if Jesse was to come back, which is doubtful, it would take time for me to get used to a new singer. (Im aware of the fact Jesse isn't "new.")

Adam D is a fvcking legend! He's the only man to rock short shorts, a blow up doll on his back, and a cape to ever make me feel like a total p***y.
I'll never forget when he called for the wall of death..."SPLIT LIKE THE LEGS OF MY UNDERAGE PROM DATE...SPLIT YOU f***ING p***ies!" haha

A fa**ot that started the band who basically gave birth to what we call metalcore today. Also a fa**ot who's tremendously more talented than any member of A7X because he can play guitar bass drums and do vocals. A7X's most talented member recently died...now they're just borrowing talented musicians who feel sorry for them.

unfortunately, they're almost on the verge of joining in "the basket" filled of the bands that have become "rockcore" (as midnight cowboy called it). but i rlly hope i'm wrong and that they changed their sound at least back to being a bit heavier and rlly switch gears w/ the lyrical subjects.

NH, yeah I hear you man...I think KsE is far past their prime as a band. there's no doubt those guys are great musicians but the direction the band itself has gone isn't appealing to me in the least. Now, whenever I get a HoJo craving I just break out some Blood Has Been Shed :)
