I'm surprised I have to be the first one to commentate on the absence of Zakk Wylde on this album. Sure, we all saw it coming, but now the bullsh** is confirmed. And honestly, I don't think I could ever buy a CD entitled 'Soul Sucka,' nor have I forgotten about the lawsuit against Tony Iommi. This better be a hell of an impressive album, 'cus the odds are certainly stacked against Ozzy right now.

First, Black Rain was alright. I thought it was good to hear some new music from Ozzy.
Second, there was to much Black Label Society influence in Ozzy's recent past records, so ironically, if you did not like Black Rain, you should be HAPPY that he got rid of Zakk.
Third, Gus is an excellent guitarist and a pretty good replacement for Zakk. No disrespect to Zakk, because I do love BLS, but check second reason again.
Fourth, I do agree that the title is weird, I would like it to be simply Soul SuckER instead of Soul SuckA. But be happy that it isn't something poser and untalented like what Soulja Boi or Kanye West would make.
Fifth, the other two song names don't sound half bad. At least we don't have any other gangster sounding and worthless titles.
Sixth, does anyone else think Ozzfest is just OVER, and it should let Mayhem Fest take over as the dominant festival? Especially after the whole "one-day only festival" in Texas in 2008 and no festival at all in 2009 because of 'no new music'. Plus the line-ups for both Mayhem Fests were pretty awesome.
Finally, IF there is another Ozzfest, I suggest Rammstein appears at it, with the freedom to be as outrageous as possible. Screw Politically Correct hypocrites. And I also suggest Wrath of Killenstein and Motorhead to be at the next Ozzfest. Actually, here is my whole lineup suggestion.
MAIN STAGE
OZZY (DUH)
RAMMSTEIN
SLAYER
MOTORHEAD
LAMB OF GOD
HATEBREED
TWO SECOND STAGES WITH THES BANDS HEADLINING
DIMMU BORGIR
GOD FORBID
BLACK LABEL SOCIETY
WRATH OF KILLENSTEIN
AND THESE BANDS IN ANY RANDOM ORDER.
BEHEMOTH
OTEP
OPETH
CANNIBAL CORPSE
WINDS OF PLAGUE
DARKEST HOUR
JOB FOR A COWBOY
SUICIDE SILENCE
FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH
DETHKLOK
That's 20 bands, 7 on each second stage, and 6 on the main stage. If anyone else has other suggestions, I suggest posting them here and on Ozzy's main Ozzfest page.

I'd like to see Clutch (to shake up things w/a little blues flavor), Overkill(no secret I f*cking love Overkill), and NC's own Kill Whitney Dead on Ozzfest....and I hope Oz doesn't try to bust a funky rhyme, no matter how "hip" Sharon thinks it'll be....how about just calling the new one C*ck Sucka?

I have been hearing negative words regarding the title of Ozzy's album title. People are claiming it soulds like a Rap/Pop album title. Personally, I don't listen to either genre, so I don't know what classifies as a "Rap/Pop" title and what doesn't.
Soul Sucka, sounds like a Metal title to me.

^The problem is this bit right here: a.
A metal album title sounds like this: Soul Sucker.
An RnB album title sounds like this: Soul Sucka.
I absolutely cannot stand it when otherwise cool people fall for this stupid bloody trend. No! Stop it - No. No. Stop it. No.
