I for one hope Mudvayne goes back to their roots like on L.d. 50 but i guess we will have to wait and see.

First two albums turned me on my head, hard to believe that was almost 10 years ago...I stopped paying attention by the 3rd one so I'll listen to some samples but I'm not holding my breath.

Mudvayne will never reachieve what they did with Ld.50, and I dont expect them to. Everyone else should stop hoping for a return to form as well. Metallica tried that and look what happened...that travesty they call death magnetic.

What I want from Mudvayne is for them to reinvent themselves, with a mind to what they accomplished to begin with, and the mild legacy they set up for their particular brand of math-nu-metal, if there is such a genre.

and that f***er needs to get the f*** out of that sh** band with Vinnie-paul. Two great musicians, but horrible band. It's like a nice ferrari and a mustang crashing into each other.

i've only heard one song off the new album, the "scream with me" single, and it sounds like every other song they've released in the past 5 years. i've given up on this band. haven't enjoyed anything they've put out after L.D 50
