That was... not that good... Lasse's editing was good, but the music video was really dull.

Also, if the new album is most like this song, it's not that great either. Jonas has a damn good voice, but it's so static and unchanging here. Not much variation.

i like this song but i doubt it represents the whole sound of the album... remember "my twin" that single was not a fair representation of that album imo, i like it very much but the album is far superior to my twin..

Must be the sound quality of the video, because I'm listening to the album version now and noticing several distinct vocal variations in the song. The track "Departer" also shows Jonas doing some things with his vocals I've never heard on any Katatonia album before, in a very good way. "Night is the New Day" is kind of one of those albums that should be listened through all the way, as opposed to taking specific songs as singles, but if I had to pick I'd probably go "Idle Blood" or "Departer" as my favorites.
