i hate to say it, but i am not all that impressed with it. the reason for that is that it's too "busy". i think if they just went with a stark and simple picture of their double-headed eagle, it would be more powerful to look at.

I can imagine Jasta describing this to some starving 16 year old photo-shop artist..

J: Ok so we start out with a statue thing..
A: Mm hmm, mm hm..
J: Our logo up top..
A: Good, good..
J: Some maces, um, skulls.. uh, lots of fire too!
A: Artistic brilliance, keep going..
J: Um.. the maces ARE skulls
A: Amazing, no wonder you sell so many records..
J: And, uh, next, a two headed... eagle! Representing.. uh.. [waffly speech]
A: Incredible, I think we're done here.

LOL, Cynic!

Yeah, this cover art is really lame. Oh, well. At least good art isn't wasted on a sh** band.

"In Ashes They Shall Reap" combined with the new album cover should confirm it

WAAAY too much is going on here... hope it's better than than the last album =\ but then again, i'm NOT a HUGE fan of hardcore anyways. they're the ONLY hardcore band that i actually like. but they've kinda lost me after "rise of brutality".
