Mr Pity's Gaza-Dedicated Song, "Broken Arms," Banned From YouTube

Morrocan heavy metal band Mr Pity recently uploaded a new track on YouTube titled "Broken Arms," dedicated to Gaza. The video has since been banned from YouTube, however, but you can get a taste for their style from the other videos below or from the players on their MySpace page. "Broken Arms" can actually be heard on the Soundclick player on the left side of their MySpace profile.

Don't really understand why either.......maybe some people can't handle the "Truth"......I wish they just bring our fine young fighting men and woman home.......We live in the free, because of the brave.......and secondly, I don't believe in sensorship....an artist has the right to voice his/her opinion....isn't that what our country is founded on?.....anyway, that's just my opinion.

^Both of you guys are correct.

We are always told that America is a "free" country. In many ways, yes, we are more lucky than other places; however that doesn't mean that the US is flawless. The things in this country that are fukked up are REALLY fukked up.

A government is the body within an organization that has the authority to make and enforce rules, laws and regulations.

The very definition of government denies the right to freedom.

I still don't think anyone in the United States has the right to complain however. (not directing this at you Jenny)
United States civilians have a much higher standard of living then anyone else in the world (they are at least in the top 10). So when North Americans (excluding the spanish pop. below the border) describe their hardships etc. they are really just living like the other 75% of the world. Your friends might razz you for not owning a tv because you are too poor. But someone in Africa is shot because they didn't make their daily quota in the Nike shop.....

Hi people nice to meet you all, it looks like the ban on Mr Pity's video has payed off. There other video that they have posted "I want it to end" seems to be getting a lot of views. just want to wish Mr Pity luck in all that they are doing. being in Thailand I get to meet the band members. Love Harry's idea of using profits from the sales of there debut Album to open what he says A revolutionary Music school for the poor musicians in Thailand. Music must be free from censorship.

Welcome to the "Mighty MU" Faceless.....agreed, they definetly been getting more notice with this video and I wish them all the best. Not only is music universal, it can also be a way to inform people of situations they never knew existed......not all news can be learned from the boob tube.......correct Ms. Jenny, I too believe alot of America is not always free....seems nowadays that everything has a price and that price keeps getting higher and higher......and to blg#7, there are alot of ungrateful people in this country, many of them forget just how good we have it, right down to having running tap water....like Chris Rock said, that water is just for washing our a$$...we have bottled water for drinking.

NP...Metallica....The Thing That Should Not Be.

Mr. Pity's video contained images that someone, somewhere decided was too violent. I agree, images of children's torn bodies is deeply disturbing - especially to those who do not wish such images to be seen outside of the 'region'; after all they could result in people becoming aware that the delusion of "God's Chosen" being beyond reproach is indeed just that; a delusion. "God's Chosen" must always be portrayed as the victims and their "aggressors" as crazed "terrorists" - not the other way around.

Combining such potent images with the potent music of "Broken Arms" as Mr. Pity did and you have what might be considered a thorn in the self-righteous sides of those who believe themselves to be superior both by race and by virtue – a delusion sadly bolstered up by their docile co-religionists who call themselves “Christian Zionists” and funded by the equally docile, but calculating, members of the U.S. Congress who see fit to squander billions of tax-dollars courtesy of the largely unsuspecting American taxpayer in ensuring that the ‘State of Israel’ perpetuates it’s insane aim of domination at the expense of men, woman and children’s lives, land and property.

The U.S. government is the U.S. Constitution and not the people who have been selected (not elected) to subvert it.

Jesus said that “The enemy comes to kill, steal and destroy”. With that in mind it is not too difficult to figure out which ‘god’ chose which people here.

The world needs bands like Mr Pity, not some like some people they just want to be higher then everyone else calling themselves Rock stars. its about time we had a band that told us about some truth around the world, not just write lyrics about how they felt when there boyfriend/Girlfriend left them.
Keep it up Mr Pity I want your Album.
