I too "used to be" a big kiss fan, but Gene's endorsing of the group has totally killed it for me, especially having others as cheap knock-offs of Ace and Peter. Maybe Gene should call it "Give me more money 'cause I don't have enough". Personally, I don't give a rat's a$$ about them anymore!!! Thanks Mr. $immons.

^wilco, its sad man, they were the 1st rock band i got into when i was like 5yrs old, i ve always given them props, i want them to succeed, but idk gene is like gordon gecko, the money and the fame is never enough.....but they did make some great rock lps back in the day, and paved the way for bands as far as live show gimmicks are concerned.....btw i always hear your on an island somewhere workin drinkin beer and surrounded by hot women where are you exactly?....anyways cheers to you

Come on guys, where's your support? For a band like KISS, (who, let's be honest, used their image as a springboard when they first started out) to still be rocking and recording after all this time, deserves some credit. OK, Gene's greedy to the core, but, love 'em or hate 'em, they're still out there, unlike many other bands of their/our era!.........Just hope the new album isn't just about recycling demos (which most of us already own) that didn't make it onto previous albums (ie 'Rotten to the Core' which I believe IS going to be on there)

Was a Huge Kiss fan back in the day. They are the reason I began playing, listening to metal. My first concert was Kiss in '76 (Destroyer, yeah I'm old). However, when they released "Dynasty",I sensed that they were no longer in it for the music. Their albums became progressively worse and seemed to be targeted to twelve year olds instead of the fan base that made them (notable exception - "Lick it Up"). Anyway, I still find it amusing when I think of how my older cousins used to tell me back in the early 70's that Kiss was just a fad that would soon fade away, and Elvis would rule the airwaves forever. LOL Here is a suggestion for an album title..." We're Still Here and Elvis is Not (Even Though We Now Suck and are No Longer Relevant". I know Gene, you're rich and I'm not.

KISSKRAZY-
Well, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Iron Maiden have lived for just as long as Kiss... Rolling Stones... I can go on forever.... The thing is, people still like Red Hot Chili Peppers and Iron Maiden because every album they have ever put out was great, they have never dissapointed the fans... Kiss have failed time after time.

MxH -- Rolling Stones have been around much longer than Kiss, but Maiden and especially RHCP haven't. Maiden started in '75 and RHCP in about '82 or '83 I think, but Kiss has been around in one way or another since '70 or '71 when Gene and Paul formed Wicked Lester.
