Devildriver And Lamb Of God To Battle...In Bowling

Band Photo: Lamb of God (?)
Devildriver bassist Jon Miller has checked in with some updates regarding the band and its activities. The statement reads as follows: "Hi everyone, this is Miller.
"I just wanted to touch base with you guys and let it be known that I am back in Santa Barbara. The band has been practicing not only in the rehearsal room but also in the bowling lanes. We have a very important bowling match against LAMB OF GOD while we are in Australia and we CANNOT lose. We already took out UNDEROATH in dodgeball so DevilDriver needs to be 2 for 2 in competive athletics. We leave tomorrow for our first show in Brisbane and I really must express that this is one of the tours that I have looked forward to the most in my musical career. I can't wait to meet and visit with our Australian fan base. See you soon!!!!!!!!!"

krisiun vs slipknot.
Krisiun just starts punching holes in the ground and taking rubble and using it as their own makeshift bowling balls. Everytime they miss, they just play "whore of the unlight" and noone notices that they missed because of how f***in brootal that song is.
Meanwhile, onlookers go apesh** over joey's mediocre bowling skills, while Corey yells about how his bowling ball is so much heavier and darker than everyone else's, when in fact he's just holding a tennis ball. the rest of the members just stand around and pretend to look busy so people think they're actually doing something...

^Throwdown would beat the absolute sh** out of Slipknot... and me... but their music is still mostly rubbish.
Thumbs up to you for diggin em. If I was in any way into hardcore, they'd probably be one of the first I'd get into. As it stands, I don't like hardcore, and I don't like Throwdown.
Now Playing: Devildriver - "Cry For Me Sky (Eulogy of the Damned)"... revisiting this band thanks to this thread, and I gotta say... GREAT stuff. Arch Enemy kills them tho. Did I mention I cant stop listening to AE at the moment? lol

^the guys from krisiun would just pick up joey AND corey, and stuff them both inside Joey's bass drum, and then roll that down a hill.
the more I think about it, I REEALY want to see that match-up.
It's funny that you mention Arch Enemy and DD in the same breath psythe. for some reason, i too always associate those two bands in my head. Not sure why though. :P
Arch enemy vs Divine Heresy in a hot dog-eating contest. Dino cazeres would obviously take home the gold, but who doesnt want to see Angela Gossow with a weiner in her mouth? I know I do.
Now Playing: Devildriver- When Summoned

I'd imagine Lamb of God will be tougher competition than Underoath.
