i love Soilwork, but they should have chosen a heavier song from that album to make a video for. a video for "the Pittsburgh Syndrome" would have been sweet.

I'm really on the fence about this band. I like them when I hear them, but something keeps me from liking them enough to buy. I would like some input on this, because that was a pretty good song. Has anyone heard the group As Blood Runs Black?

ONE LETTER WRONG
DUHHHHHHHHHH Calm down dmasa. he hit a d instead of an n. jesus.

And yeah AP, I feel the same about this band myself. I enjoy their specific sound, being a fan of melodic death metal and all, but something keeps me from trying to become a legitimate fan.
I can't quite put a finger on what it is. Apparently i hear their earlier stuff is heavier and better, but then again that's all relative. :p

And yeah, I've heard of As Blood Runs Black, i think they're ok, the one or two songs I have by them, but I'm probably not the person to ask then(once again lol)

americanpatriot1, check out Soilwork's earlier albums like "The Chainheart Machine" or "A Predator's Portrait" or "Natural Born Chaos", alot heavier than their recent work, faster riffs too. and yeah As Blood Runs Black is decent, they come through Austin, TX alot. i actually prefer them live than on cd, more entertaining i guess.

now playing: Soilwork - Neurotica Rampage
