Slash Reveals Solo Album Details

Velvet Revolver and former Guns N Roses guitarist Slash has revealed that he has demoed 14 songs for his forthcoming solo album.
He told NME Radio that he has recruited a slew of singers to appear on the album, but would not reveal who he has enlisted yet.
He added that he wasn't sure whether the album would be released before the next Velvet Revolver album. The band are currently in the process of recruiting a new singer, following the departure of Scott Weiland earlier this year.
"I've been carrying a tape recorder with me on the Velvet Revolver tour and putting down ideas," Slash explained. "When I got back from the UK at the beginning of the summer listened to what was cool on them, then elaborated and came up with new stuff."
The guitarist is set to release a series of new guitars, the Gibson and Epiphone Les Paul Goldtop range, on October 7.

Fact is Axl sucks a$$ and no one likes him. Chinese Democracy will never make a decent profit compared to the amount of money that has been spent on making the album, which i believe was about $14 million dollars and that was at least 2 years ago I read that. That's if it actually gets released before every single person who wants to hear it has downloaded it instead. Whereas Slash just does his thing and does it pretty well. And Scott Weiland was a weirdo they can easily replace him.

No, I'm not gonna argue with some idiot about how many records Slash is going to sell. It'll be zero. This is probably going to be AS good as his Snakepit albums, which, if I recall correctly, sucked the wrinkles out of my nutsack.
And I'm soooo sure that Slash's fans have the best taste in music. Sarcasm.

Whatever, Trevor. Prejudices rarely do any good. Those Snakepit albums, I doubt they were solely the responsibility of Slash. A solo album, on the other hand - if he screws that up, he takes the blame. All of it. But until he screws it up, I see no reason to consider it screwed up.

"Well, the details are, it sucks and nobody's going to buy it. I am destined to create nothing but LimeWire fodder for the rest of my days. AXL COME BACK! I NEED YOU!!!!"
