I want to be optimistic, but these guys haven't done anything for me since IoR. Fingers crossed, tho. I guess.

What the hell Crawford! Songs like Nothing Remains, Black Heart, Resurrection, Left for Dead and Killing the Beast were all amazing. Hopefully the new album will be more brutal than any of the others, though if its on par with them it'll still be an amazing album.

I am curious to hear this album. Not sure how good it's going to be, but I will listen at least a couple of times just because of how impressive they were the last time I saw them live. Last two times actually.

Sorry, dude, I just thought the next couple albums were very cookie-cutter. They sounded like the worst songs from IoR, only spanning two entire discs. But look at it like this, at least I'm not whining about how Chimaira should "get back to their roots" or "they should make another album like IoR", right? I could be complaining and criticizing a lot more than I am, right?

Don't get me wrong, I'll look forward to it, but I won't hold my breath.

I agree that they've got tremendous sound, I just think it hasn't been used to it's potential as of late.
