METALLICA have issued the following update:

"This time in English... we're psyched that our friends in MACHINE HEAD have said 'yes' to more fun and games following the good times that were had by all at Wembley last summer. They will play with us in Chorzow, Poland and Prague, Czech Republic for the two headlining shows on the first part of our summer European vacation. The remaining dates in May and June are festivals with tons of other cool bands. As usual, there's more to come..."

May 28 - Chorzow, Poland - Slaski Stadium
May 30 - Landgraaf, Netherlands - Pinkpop
May 31 - Madrid, Spain - Electric Weekend
June 3 - Prague, Czech Republic - Slavia Stadium

Hey Demoncleaner, if it says that they're listed as playing at Bonnaroo then I would assume they are playing there. It'll be nice if Metallica comes over to the US, it's been what 4 or 5 years since they toured here?

I saw the 2 of them together at Wembley last year, both were awesome. So were Mastodon and I'm not a fan. But H.I.M., well I won't even go there on that one!

I didn't feel sorry for H.I.M. They had no business there in the first place in my opinion. Thank God Bullet For My Valentine pulled out of that show is all I'll say on the matter there.
