God Forbid Take Break to Tour with Arch Enemy
New Jersey’s American Metal saviors God Forbid are taking a short break from the writing process to join label mates Arch Enemy as direct support on their upcoming Northeast tour. With nearly all of their new music completed, the band plans on debuting three new tracks on this upcoming jaunt.
“Arch Enemy are one of our favorite bands and this was too good of an opportunity to pass up,” commented guitarist Dallas Coyle. “We had hoped to tour with them on the first go around, so we cannot wait.” A late spring 2003 release date is currently being eyed for the follow-up to the critically acclaimed 2000 release Determination.
In preparation for the new album, the band is requesting fans to submit videos and photos for possible inclusion in the booklet the enhanced CD version and the revamped website set for re-launch in 2003. E-mail submissions can be sent to godforbid@thesyn.com. Mailed submissions can be sent to: The Syndicate Attn: God Forbid, 1801 Willow Ave Weehawken, NJ 07086.
