AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd has been escaped conviction on a charge of common assault. Rudd had been arrested and charged after an altercation with his former girlfriend.

On another note, I was at a concert last night for an Aussie band I'd never heard of before - Airbourne. Holy mother of hell they're good! They sound like ACDC with a dash of Jet and a whole lotta attitude. If you're into ACDC, check out Airbourne on myspace, you won't be disappointed.

The funny thing about AC/DC and Australia is that the drummer is the only Aussie and their always credited as an Australian band.
