Hatebreed Confirmed For Wacken 2008

Connecticut-based hardcore/metal band HATEBREED has been confirmed for next year's installment of the Wacken Open Air festival, set to take place July 31 - August 2, 2008 in Wacken, Germany. The festival billing is shaping up as follows:

When I was younger I used to watch a metal show which aired at about 4 in the morning, and they constantly hyped Hatebreed. So I naively wasted 32 (NZ) hard earned dollars to shell out for "The Rise Of Brutality", which to date is probably the worst cd in my cd wrack. Maybe bar St Anger.

Looking like a good line up. I also saw Hatebreed open for Lamb of God in Toronto and it was a killer show from start to end. I am a Hatebreed fan but I do agree that they are sometimes just thrown onto a line up.

Hatebreed arent that great at all. I can listen to 1 song (any song will do as they all sound similar) and its passible, but any more than that and it grows tiresome and annoying.

But Wacken should be pretty good next year though, I hope they stream it on the net like they did this past year. This seems like a great line up.

u know wat...with at the gates, carcass, kreator, bodom, and maiden....no one can ruin it....i am a hatebreed fan...i love the song doomsayer...seen them like 3 times purposely(like not coquincidently) and it was good...but w/e seeing them for a forth is ok...i could care less frankly because 2 reunions of 2 great bands plus 3 other great bands...really i could care less
