Tommy Lee Issues Statement

Band Photo: Motley Crue (?)
Drummer TOMMY LEE has issued the following statement in response to recent reports that he has quit MÖTLEY CRÜE:
"I am a founding member of Mötley Crüe. Based on internal band issues aired publicly, my future with the band is uncertain. I have tried to meet with my band-mates repeatedly without success but have informed them that I'm not walking away from my band of 25 years. It troubles me that the current legal issues which were filed by the corporations against my personal manager are separating us and causing more dysfunction. I hope we can work this out amongst ourselves."

Good news to hear! A Motley Crue without Tbone is not a Motley Crue I'd be interested in. Even when Vince was gone for a while it wasn't so bad, I thought John Corabi was a great vocalist! When Tommy was gone..it was very different..He was and still is the heart and soul of that band after Vince Neil. I think he can do both (the electronica and rock0, if he chooses to balance them in respect of the band first.
Tommy if you're out there, I'm down with you for life. You're a living legend and Motley Crue means a great deal to music period.

No TOMMY No CRUE!!!! That's about right.I do agree though. He does need to make up his mind about where he want's to be.The show he did in Buffalo was apparently a bit of a let down.He never came out of the D.J.Booth which is really f***ed up since he had his Drum Kit set up over the Bar.They charged $50.00 to get in.I'm glad I changed my mind about going. On the other hand rumor has it Buffalo's finest single women came out in force. So it should have been a good night for hunting the Great North American Poonani if all else failed and apparently it did.
