Parkway Drive Complete New Album

Parkway Drive have completed the recording process for their forthcoming album, the follow-up to 2005’s Killing With A Smile. Teaming up again with their producer-in-crime, Killswitch Engage guitarist Adam Dutkiewicz, the band spent the past month recording at Zing Studios in Boston. Parkway Drive return to Europe and the UK throughout June, followed by a month of dates on the US Vans Warped Tour throughout July / August.

The first album was good, but not great. Hopefully that was because it was a first album, and the band hadn't really developed itself much yet. These guys have the potential to make some extra-ordinary stuff, but they definitely need to better their last album in a few areas.

We'll see, but I hope they can pull it off.
