Dawn of Azazel To Tour Europe with Grave, Krisiun and Immolation

New Zealand's most notable death metal export, Dawn of Azazel, will return to Europe this spring for a 38-show tour with Grave, Krisiun, and Immolation.

"We are extremely pleased to announce our return to Europe with some of the greatest in the genre," said frontman Rigel Walshe. "We would like to thank Massive Music and Ibex Moon Records for the chance go from strength to strength and again have the honour of hitting the road with acts that have been tremendously influential on our sound and musical identity."

No strangers to the road, Dawn of Azazel has most recently trekked throughout Australia and New Zealand with American death metal legends Deicide. Prior to that, the group toured America with Vital Remains, Incantation, and Sin of Angels on the Decades of Death tour. In March of 2005, Dawn of Azazel played 13 dates in New Zealand, Australia, Indonesian, and Thailand. The final show of the upcoming tour will mark the 99th in support of the band's latest album, "Sedition," which was re-released in the United States in September with a video bonus track via Ibex Moon Records.

the only problem w/ dawn of azazel is that the vocalist/bassist may or may not be a national socialist (if you know what i mean) and on top of that he is a cop.....but i do agree they f***in rip (although ive only heard them on record and never live)
