According to Muziekagenda.nl, IRON MAIDEN and OZZY OSBOURNE will perform at the Fields of Rock festival, which is scheduled to take place June 16-17 in Biddinghuizen, Netherlands. An official confirmation is expected to arrive soon.
In other MAIDEN-related news, DNAIndia.com reports that Bruce Dickinson and company will play at least one show (Bangalore) in India later this year. A "battle of the bands" has been launched to give one local act an opportunity to open the concert, which is being organized by Venkat Vardhan of DNA Networks.
IRON MAIDEN's new album, "A Matter of Life and Death", has sold almost 160,000 copies in the United States since its Sept. 5 release, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

It's not like Ozzy and Maiden have a problem with eachother....Last I checked there was a mutual respect between the two.
As post 10 said, Bruce has lead singer syndrome (possibly a case a severe as Seb Bach and Axl Rose) and Sharon is a psychotic and confrontational b**** whose gotten everything she has by being that way and having good buisness sense.
If Bruce keeps his god complex in line and Ozzy leaves the banshee at home all shall be fine......but it'll never happen.
