Korn Tap Terry Bozzio As Session Drummer

Korn have tapped Terry Bozzio as a replacement for David Silveria who is currently taking a break from the band. Bozzio will handle drum tracks for Korn's new album which is expected to be released in June.

I wouldn't worry about it being permanent-I don't see Terry staying long. I know he's all about trying new things and pushing the envelope, but there's really no challenge for him in what Korn plays. I see it as a way for him to expose himself to a younger audience and collect a bigger paycheck. I'd do it if I were him, but I see him getting bored pretty quickly.

I wouldn't worry about him not being able to play heavy. After all, another former Zappa Drummer (Vinnie Colaiuta) played on Megadeth's "The System Has Failed". True, not all drummers can play all styles, but metal (stamina aside) can be one of the easier styles to play IMO.
