There's been another change in the Guns n' Roses line-up. Drummer Frank Ferrer has temporarily replaced GNR Brian Mantia. Mantia is taking a break to spend time with his wife and newly born baby.

This band needs to leave the name Guns N Roses behind. Guns N Roses was a thing of the past, a damn good thing at that. This new thing has just become a mockery that should NOT be associated with GNR before it tarnishes the name. Pretty soon GNR will no longer be the bad a$$ band of the 80's, they will be the band that was always saying one thing and not living up to it. If they went under a different name, they might get alot more interest.

I am not surprized by anything that I see now about GnR...I have nothing against any band members other then Axl....I agree that they shouldnt even being using this name..Axl has turned that name into the laughing stock of todays music and its too bad that the musicians that surround him have to deal with the bull$it that he has created for that name by his actions and false promises... The guy is a complete and utter fool...I, as a guitarist wouldnt play for him no matter what I was to get in return..I would be more content to spend the rest of my life playing in a country band...

axl got three guitarists to replace slash, i have heard them live and they sound as good as they used to back in the 80's and early 90's. Axls voice hasnt changed much since back when the AFD line up was still intact. And why are you all ripping on Axl? Do you not have anything better to do than rip on a man who was once the king of rock and is still 100 times more succseful than you? And by the way godlike i highly doubt Axl would ever want you to be a guitarist for him, he has only had one of the greatest guirtarists of all time before and now has more than qulified replacements.

If he was the greatest, he would not have caused the break up of the band. What he does now is not GNR, no matter how you look at it. I dont care what anyone says. It is not GNR. If anything Velvet Revolver is more GNR being as how they have three of the members.
