Slayer and LoG are fitting. Some Corporeal Jigsore Quandary from Carcass, just about anything from Cannabal Corpse, or something off Scream Bloody Gore from Death should have made the s/t. I can see why they put it together the way they did, though. It's because the U.S. market follows what MTV says is cool like sheep. Emo/fake hardcore/screamo is what pop media says is popular as an alternative to hip hop, and disaffected teens by and large lap it up like dogs drinking antifreeze. This soundtrack will sell, and like all CD sales, the bands will only see pennies of the sales.
