Ok stop it right now. I am loosing my mind. Chester is in no Freakin way close to being metal. I hate this. I am going to pull my hair out. Linkin park will never be metal in my mind. Never, ever, freakin ever. Not in a million years. Piss off Chester. BLEED BLACK LABEL!!!!!!!!

Chester just needs to stay away from the metal world. There is nothing metal about linkin park. He needs to stop thinking he's a metal performer and stop thinking linkin park is metal and and just stick with his mainstream friends and stop bringing down the good name of metal.

I'd like to break his neck. lol. I'm just not happy with linkin park doing anything close to the metal community. They are rap-rock. The guitar player couldnt play a metal riff to save his life. I'm guessing. lol. He could be some metal god right? LOL. I think not. lol. BLEED BLACK LABEL!!!

LP's best song to date was on reanimation - a remix of that "I'm about to break" single from Hybrid Theory that featured Jon Davis. And the only reason that song's any good is because Jon sings "that is boring", which made me laugh.
that Jay-Z crap made me gag, and I didn't even listen to it.

We may agree to it that Linkin Park is not a heavy metal band but what the hell is this fizzle about Chaz. That dude is an extremely talented singer and has given way to songs ranging from 'My December' to 'Lying from you' . Anyway Chester only sang and may be somewhere he had the desire to sing for a heavy metal band.

f***ing shallow minded "hardcore metal" fans. It's mainstream and cool to hate Linkin Park, so your all a bunch of narrow minded losers. Chester loves metal, he's a great singer so he got the chance to get on stage.
I've hear people that only heard In The End and Numb say Linkin Park sucks, their not metal. Well they don't try to make metal, or any other genre, they just create what comes to their minds and what they enjoy.
If your a real music listener, you can find pleasure in almost all music. So for those that only like metal, your really missing out on something.

Sinesis-- tastes and preferences my friend, tastes and preferences. fyi, i have heard all of hybrid theory and i own meteora. imo, i didnt like either. and im not shallow minded musically either, i'll listen to anything if its quality. and i could care less if chester loves metal or not. aaron lewis (staind), chad whatever (nickelback) and that guy from papa roach claim to love metal too, but i think all of those bands f***ing blow. and dont be surprised if people on this site bash linkin park for not being metal because this is a METAL site.
