hey i think i was at the same show, was it in tampa florida? Anyways cob kicked a$$ as did amon except that they started to show before we even got in the building. so i f***ing missed everything but them playing death in fire, which in itself was worth it. and trivium f***ing sucked... and the lead singer matt whatever his name is looks like a f***ing monkey when he plays his guitar which pisses me off even more.

AMAZING song!!! I saw that Amon Amarth/Trivium/CoB show in Chicago and they definitely stole the show! Everyone was screaming for them to stay onstage when they were done, so they played a couple more songs. I had never heard any of their songs before the concert and Death in Fire is one of those songs that when heard for the first time live, you realize that you had no idea metal could sound like that. What a brilliant song and what a brilliant band!!! PLEASE HEADLINE A TOUR IN THE US!!!!!!!

Wow, Amon Amarth getting some love here! I agree and I hope all the staff here get a chance to hear this one, because I have a feeling the new album is going to be one of the best of the year.
Also, I couldn't agree more on the Trivium stuff. I loved the last album when it came out (tired of it now), but I thought they kinda stunk live. That singing voice of Heafy's can be downright awful when not being given the studio treatment.

I love how the vocals are death metal-esque, but you can still actually understand what they're saying. Killer song. Killer band. October, here I come!
