I can't help but think of the arcade game every time I hear that name "Double Dragon." Never heard the band before.

yeah, for me it's the terrible movie they put out of the same name - mind you, I used to love the movie when I was a kid. But then, I get the feeling that it was aimed at kids, so that probably does make sense.

As for the band, I've only heard what they've got on their myspace, but I didn't mind it at all. Another Australian no-name yet-to-hit-the-spotlight type band.

Bad, bad move...

This dampens what I was hoping would be an awesome concert. DD suck, think WAY too highly of themselves.

Do they? I havn't actually seen them play or met them, but I've heard a couple of songs, and they sound to be a pretty class act. The song they've got playing on their myspace page currently had me tapping my feet and nodding my head before I even realised I was doing it... with the sound they've got coming so far, I wouldn't mind at all if these guys got a bit of major publicity.

Dark Tranquility rule, DD are awesome guys, I have met them a few times in Melbourne, very humble dudes, they even bought me and my girl drinks, the last thing i would say is they think highly of themselves! Spewing they arent playing the Melbourne show.

that's good to hear, since I've decided that I really like their music. It's awesome when good music doesn't come from d***heads.
