Previously unseen footage of SLAYER in the studio recording the vocals for their upcoming album, "Christ Illusion", has been made available at the Warner Bros. web site:

"Christ Illusion" is SLAYER's first new studio album since 2001, and the first recorded by the band's original line-up — Kerry King (guitar); Tom Araya (bass, vocals); Jeff Hanneman (guitars); Dave Lombardo (drums) — since 1990's "Seasons In The Abyss". "Christ Illusion" was produced by Josh Abraham and executive-produced by Rick Rubin.
"Christ Illusion" is scheduled for release on August 8, 2006 via American Recordings/Warner Bros. Records.

Long live Slayer. I know alot of people like the "nu-metal" for some reason, but Slayer try to stay true to their fans and the music that they like to play. Doesnt matter if you like them or not. They arent going to stop. They dont need a "gimick" to sell anymore albums. No turntables or gangsta rap lyrics. Just pure evil. Even if Tom does go to church on sundays. LOL. We still have Kerry's twisted lyrics and Jeff's haunting guitar work. I cant think of many "new" bands that can come close to keeping up with Slayer. Most of the new bands worship Slayer anyway. Lamb of God would be a good second. Say what you want, Slayer still kicks a$$. --Bleed Black Label!

But you can commit or you just wanna rock.
