A HATEBREED track, entitled "Bound to Violence", has been posted online at www.myspace.com/hatebreed. The song will be included on the band's upcoming follow-up to 2003's "The Rise of Brutality", tentatively due later in the year via Stillborn Records. Other tracks set to appear on the CD include "Spitting Venom" and "Defeatist". A DVD is also in the works.

"Bound to Violence" was previously included on the soundtrack to the movie "Punisher", which came out in March 2004 through Wind-Up Records.

HATEBREED will be embarking on a tour of Australia with headliners KORN beginning in late April. Also appearing on the bill will be DISTURBED and 10 YEARS.

The last time I saw Jasta was w/ his other band IcePick, again at a festival (New England Metal and Hardcore Fest), and I laughed.....

I don't think hardcore is supposed to be hard to play. Just enjoy it for what it is: heavy and aggressive. Hatebreed excels at that stuff. You want intricate you need to go with Arch Enemy (which I do highly recommend).

arch enemy intricate? hardly, but certainly moreso than hatebreed. arch enemy is a great band though that i recommend highly as well, but i don't know if intricate is the best way to describe their music. hatebreed isn't fully what i like, but i do understand why people like them, they are aggressive. they do that well. probably great for a live show.
