Haywire Premiere “FLEX YOUR HEAD” Music Video Filmed During Times Square Guerilla Performance

Boston hardcore punk outfit Haywire’s recent guerrilla-style music video shoot in New York City’s Times Square didn’t exactly yield an abundance of live footage. The band’s impromptu, unauthorized performance was swiftly interrupted by police, who arrived on the scene and forced them to pull the plug roughly one and a half songs into the set. Authorities also seized the group’s equipment in the process.

Nevertheless, the chaotic encounter has now spawned an official music video for Haywire’s latest single, “FLEX YOUR HEAD”. Initially made available exclusively through Spotify, the band have since made the track available on YouTube as well. The track appears on the group’s first full-length album since signing with Roadrunner Records, October’s “I DON’T WANNA SAY GOODBYE”.
