Convictions Premiere New Single & Music Video “Atonement” - Sign With UNFD

Midwestern metalcore outfit Convictions have officially joined the UNFD roster. The band, who describe their sound as ‘aggressive worship’, marked the signing announcement with the premiere of a new music video for their single “Atonement”, directed by Jake Erwin.

The group offered the following insight into the song:

“‘Atonement‘ is about coming to terms with the sacrifices we’ve made, the weight of our decisions, and the scars we’ve collected along the way. It’s about accepting the cost of holding on to faith, pursuing our purpose, and continuing this journey through music despite the hardships. There’s even a moment in the song where we reference our own band name, Convictions, as a declaration of who we are and what we stand for. Ultimately, it’s about taking ownership of our journey, making peace with the path we’ve chosen, and remaining unwavering in our convictions.”

The band have also landed one of the opening spots on Born Of Osiris and Miss May I’s fall co-headlining tour. The run will feature Born Of Osiris performing 15th anniversary sets celebrating their sophomore album, “The Discovery”.
