Revocation Premiere New Music Video For "Data Corpse"

Technical death metal band Revocation have just unveiled a new music video for their track “Data Corpse.” The song appears on the Boston, MA band’s latest studio album, “New Gods, New Masters,” which arrived last September via Metal Blade. The accompanying clip was directed by David Brodsky (Cattle Decapitation, Whitechapel).
Revocation vocalist/guitarist Dave Davidson commented:
“‘Data Corpse’ is about social media companies constantly scouring our personal lives for profit. We unwittingly give up more and more of ourselves every year just to be sold a shinier pair of shoes, all until what’s left of our private lives is picked to the bone. For the video, we once again worked with the incredible team at MyGoodEye. My transformation into a mutant cyborg was influenced by a lot of the imagery that originated in classic cyberpunk films like Tetsuo and Akira. Enjoy the dystopian grotesqueries.”
Revocation are currently celebrating their 20th anniversary with their ‘20 Years Of Torment’ tour. The North American run features support from Defeated Sanity, Fuming Mouth and Weeping Death:
