Mirrors Premiere New Single & Music Video "Devil’s Due" - Sign With Greyscale Records

Australian metalcore outfit Mirrors have inked a deal with Greyscale Records for their forthcoming sophomore album, “The Red Sky“. The record has now been scheduled for a November 27th release. “Devil’s Due” opens the album and is now streaming below alongside a Colin Jeffs (Northlane, To The Grave)-directed music video.

A press release described the track as one that ‘confronts the figure that pushes us towards self destruction. That figure can manifest as someone in our lives whose influence brings out the worst in us, or as an internal voice that takes control and pulls us further from the person we want to be. ‘Devil’s Due‘ is about recognising what, or who, needs to be cast aside in order to become better for ourselves and the people around us.’

The upcoming effort sees the band delving into the effects of life-altering experiences, as they collectively explained:

“In different times in everyone’s lives, we all experience these moments. Whether it’s the loss of a loved one, an individual who breaks us down or a literal force of nature that leaves us wondering what we have left. However, these moments also present the opportunity to grow, discover something new and build something to withstand the next storm.”
