Opeth Drummer Seeking Medical Treatment, Not Fired

Band Photo: Opeth (?)
MTV.com reports that according to a Roadrunner spokesperson, Opeth drummer Martin Lopez has not been fired, but rather, went back to Sweden for treatment of a rare blood disorder he's had for most of his life. Until he returns, the band — currently on the Sounds of the Underground tour — has enlisted Strapping Young Lad drummer Gene Hoglan to fill in for him.

post 7 was the most weak-willed attempt at making an Opeth fan angry EVER. Opeth fans generally have distinguishing taste in music....Which sometime means liking bands that arent as popular as Korn or Motly Crue....Whatever bands you listen to I'm sure it''s funny.

ok, there's only a hand-ful of drummers better than the opeth drummer... how can you say they are boring, sure when they get all light and slow-like it kinda does suck, but not many bands heavier than opeth at it's heaviest. how can you say they suck and say they are talented in the same comment? you f***ing moron! i hope the blood disease is transmitted to you and you die... you're prolly some hardcore loving fa**ot who sits in his room crying cause blink 182 broke up... jesus christ, why post a comment about a band you hate... f***ING SLAYER!!!!
