It's more aggressive than the last record, and at times, more aggressive than the first one."

WHY PULL UP THIS PART OF THE SITE IF YOU DON'T LIKE DISTURBED? WHY GET ON HERE JUST TO BAD MOUTH IT? IT SEEMS TO ME YOU HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN TO WASTE YOUR TIME TALKING sh**. THIS IS A FRIGGIN' TRACK LISTING FOR THE NEW ALBUM SO WHY WASTE YOUR TIME? I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND, QUEER JOKE.
The short answer Gory Boy is that people without friends, hobbies, lives etc get off on attempting to make others as miserable as possible. I
Heres the long answer:
t's a thrill for them to piss off people they don't know from the safety of their computer. No chance of losing teeth, getting a concussion, or getting their pink skin turned purple.
These b****es also flee at the first site of a pit. It's the exact same mindset, whether they tell you differntly or not.
They are scared...and pathetic and childish and any attempt to deny it is pretty much just funny. And since they can't say something vicious in person, for fear of being pummeled, they do this because they know that they are safe.
Simple as that.

Those titles could be tentative ones used and they have since changed them, or, after they finished everything, they decided it didn't fit with the album and how they wanted it.
This happens alot.
And if you heard them live last summer, I'm pretty sure there might be an mp3 of it somewhere.
being a korn fan its nearly impossible to discuss them without a$$holes posting 30 bad korn jokes in a row ...
anyway, i generally try to avoid random acts of violence but i absolutely love to pit ... my favorite thing to do ... PERIOD .... a good old school mosh pit ... anybody here have an opinion about this fukking "karate" moshing with the flying kicks and punches? ...
i personally think its for p***ies cuz no one hits each other and its all fake a$$ karate wannabe sh** rather than a real pit ... i saw like 20 guys in a pit one time and not a single person was touching each other ... all swinging circle arms and kicking and sh** ... i hate it, its for p***ies ...
ik.....Never seen that myself and hope I never do......Moshing certainly has come along way from the Cro-mags and Minor Threat....to people doing crouching tiger hidden dragon nonsense.
Although it all seemed new to me at one of my first concerts (Social Distortion) first club show "Prison Bound" tour I think....back in '89...I was a wee 9 years old, all the freaky punk chicks thought i looked so cute with my fresh black eye...differnt times.
Moshing has kind of mutated even since I was nine....I shudder to think how berzerk a pit may have been in 81, but it's gotten a little more poser like and soft I guess over the years...blah, who knows.
uhm. yeah...
the pain. oh stop u meanie...... how i cry. sob.
it's not the band i'm commenting on, Disturbed could disband for all i care. I'm neither a fan nor against them.
I merely think somethings wrong with you for posting stuff thats supposed to be mean (it's sorely lacking) and funny...your last one sounds like nerd humor to me. I imagine you oink while you giggle at your own posts.
So true. I see circle pits a lot, but they are just so furious that you have to basically run with them. All the pits I've seen of late have been a big guys looking to rough up some smaller guys. It's been probably 3-4 years since I've seen a good pit where people stay packed together and just mosh. Back then even Korn, Type O Negative and other "lite"-r bands I saw live had good pits.
the last HUGE real moshpit that i saw was at a htebreed show in az about a year ago ... jamey told everyone to circle mosh around the sound cage that was in the middle of the floor ... the cage is about 20 by 20 feet and the floor sloped downwards as you got towards the stage ... guys would come flying "around" the circle, all their momentum flying forward/downward and they were getting SLAMMED, guys were flying, it was awesome ... at the same show i got into a fight cuz a few of these little karate moshers was standing between me and my woman, i didnt want to get hit in the face by a "flying circle fist" or whatever the fukk u call it ... so i piled right through the kid and him and like 3 of his buddies didnt like it so we had to throw down ... got broken up quick but nonetheless fukked him up ... I SAY if you're gonna stand in a pit and swing your fists you sure as hell better be ready to protect yourself ...
hint to the little kiddies: when you stand still and swing your fists you are not invincible ... guys who add momentum to their weight will fly right through your little karate jump/punch/kick spin/growling/standing in one spot trying to look really tough sh** and knock the fukk out of you ... dont stand still in real a pit or you're gonna get smashed ...
ironically the largest, not most violent, but definitely LARGEST pit i was ever in was at a punk show ... local band authority zero closing out a day long festival w/ tons of good punk (pennywise and mxpx and bad religion ... among others) .. the show was on the outfield of a baseball stadium and the pit took up basically every inch of what would be center field ... it was like 30 yards wide and 40 yards long ... just absolutely massive ... NO JOKE ! ... ONE HUGE PIT ... it was the most awesome pit ... not violent or crazy, but massive and TONS of fun ...

Alot of so called Metal heads give Disturbed so much sh**, I bet they didnt no when a certain Metal hero, Chuck Schuldiner from Death was dieing, Disturbed donated money to keep him alive, and even if i hated Disturbeds music (Which I dont) i would still give them all my respect for that.
*gasp* "pedantic".....Arrr, there be signs of a reasonable vocabulary here. How long did it take to look up a word so rarely used in day to day speech?
Say to your father; "Dad, I find your manner on this subject to be uncommonly pedantic." and see what kind of look he gives you.
If your trying to bait the pedantic (not one of the favored terms of the North American region, try: bookish, pretentious or ostentatious if your target hails from America) so to speak, to what end? What can be gained by having someone respond to to mild, bland and ordinary attacks on a band or the fans of said band?.... Not alot I would think, other than this near pointless dialogue.
playground sh**.

all you crackheads are retarded "the sickness" was a hell of a lot better than "believe" you can suck a nut if you disagree and the new album 10,000 fists probably wont be better than that so f*** you and if im wrong than i still dont give a f*** o yea and uh disturbed is the best band and i like them more than all you wannabes

i agree with eminence, the sickness was a hell of a lot better than believe. i was disappointed with believe. i hope 10,000 fist is better, but even the greatest bands put out one album that sucks. hopefully disturbed got the suckness out of their system and are back to kick all ass.

Brad I dont think in my 10 monthes posting on this site have I ever said anything remotely --that-- profound, nor am i trying. I don't consider myself an intellectual, or an elitist but I dont mind confronting people who post merely to agitate others......How that makes me like a wheelchair bound physicist I'll never know.
Sharing views and disagreeing with others is one thing, but half of your posts serve no purpose other than to incite conflict, some people have it coming and some people are 11 year olds who aren't spoiling for a fight....They just have an opinion you don't like.
I'm reminded of a friend who used to fire his compound bow into the air and then dodge the arrow as it came screaming back down. Wtf's the point? exact same toddler sh** as everything else the unregistered "mystery" poster put up.

Im down with disturbed all the way their my number 1 favorite band i loved the 1st to albums the sickness then the follow up album to that believe and i cant wait to hear the new album 10,000 fists i loved their 2 albums and i think 10,000 fists is gonna be freaking badass and i do see alot of people that do like the sickness and got dissapointed when believe came out but i liked both alot but everybody has diffrent opinions
