As far as the music goes, not much of an improvement over Frequency Unknown. A little, but not much. The Hi-hats sound very abrasive, maybe on purpose. That sound does fit with a dystopian theme. Still, those vocals are just awful. His voice is shot. It's like he's trying to sing in an iron lung.
