Abyance Records New Album, Signs Management Deal
Hailing from Buffalo, New York, young thrash metal act Abyance is pleased to announce a management deal with international agency Extreme Management Group. Commenting on the new partnership, guitarist Anthony Potenza states:
"Abyance is thrilled to announce that we are now a part of the EMG Artist Roster. Being able to see our name alongside bands we have supported, and looked up to, is really exciting. We look forward to a continued growth for Abyance with the expertise of EMG behind us and can't wait to see what the future brings!"
The band was formed in 2013 following a guest appearance by Anthony at a Machine Head concert in the band's hometown of Buffalo. Commenting on the experience and establishment of the band, Anthony offers:
"I was lucky enough to be invited on stage by Robb Flynn to perform 'Aesthetics of Hate' with the band when I was 13 – it was an awesome experience, and following the performance I met and formed a band with the other other members of Abyance."
Soon after forming the young thrash metal act recorded a debut EP titled "Age of Darkness" and was sharing the stage with bands such as GWAR and Battlecross. Abyance recently returned to the studio to record with Nick Bellmore and mastered the recording with Chris 'Zeuss' Harris - stay tuned for full details.
