Today, Shadow Kingdom Records announces September 30th as the international release date for Altar of Oblivion's new EP, "Barren Grounds."

It's been four very long years since the band's "Grand Gesture of Defiance," release but the Danish kings are back to reclaim their throne with "Barren Grounds." Although those four years have been quiet and could've spelled a change of course, Altar of Oblivion returns rested and firing on all cylinders, offering the same distinct sound as on previous albums.
