Korn's version of Public Enemy's 'Fight The Power' (also featuring rapper Xzibit), is to be included on the soundtrack album for new movie 'XXX: State Of The Union', starring Samuel L. Jackson, Willem Defoe and Ice Cube. The record is to be released next month.

Their are alot of rumor's about this sequel just like their were for 2 fast 2 furious.At one point I heard vin wanted more money and thought the movie would flop without him.Then their were rumors about the CRONICLES OF RIDd*** being scheduled to film at the same time and knowone wanted to push anything back.

here here metalthekid, i love that band and have since they first started but the covers NEED TO STOP...

it's kinda funny, they go their whole career with one cover (wicked), which was pretty much 1/2 korn 1/2 the members of deftones, mostly Chino, going batshhit and having fun with the riff...plus wicked was a dark song and Korn were a more dark band at the time......

so while theres some irony to 'nother brick in the wall and word up they hardly fit....maybe covering ozzy isnt so outlandish.....ozzy was a pioneer and hate em or like em so were korn....but ouside of nin and ozzy it's just a lazy attempt to cash in on some pretty much sure-fire radio play......

new album of all originals is supposed to show up some time this year, im hoping for the best but not ruling out what may be the worst....we'll see

Well the song would have been worse if they didnt do the solo. It's part of the song and I think it's pretty amazing that they could play that solo. From what I hear It's not that easy... That wasn't the worst cover they did. Word Up was a bad cover but thats only b/c the sucked to begin with. Istill listen to it though...Before you bag on a cover they did pay a f***in tention!!!!
