Decapitated Suing Earache Over Royalties

Decapitated has announced legal action is now underway against former label Earache Records.
The band alleges that Earache hasn't paid a penny in royalties for years despite putting out four releases as the contract stipulated ("Nihility," "The Negation," "Organic Hallucinosis," and "Tribute to Vitek.")
To raise funds for the legal fees, Decapitated is also releasing a limited edition shirt. The band comments:
"We have released a brand new ’20 Years of Madness’ t-shirt to help raise legal funds to get our catalogue back from Earache Records - check the video for the full story below."
Fans can pick up the "20 Years of Madness" shirt or hoodie at this location. Here's the video announcement from Decapitated:
