After officially signing to Nuclear Blast this week, Swedish retro rock band Opeth has been busy working on new album "Sorceress."

Today the '70s cover group releases a 23-second snippet of studio footage showcasing some new tunes... and a less than amused Mikael Akerfeldt watching some sound effects he is clearly not pleased with.

A release for the album is tentatively scheduled for the fall via Moderbolaget Records / Nuclear Blast Entertainment.

I really like Opeth's newer stuff. Not as much as some of their old stuff, but more than some of their other old stuff *shrugs* not at all upset by the change in sound.

That keyboard sounded pretty a$$ on its own tho...
