After we premiered a music video for the "Fiber" track, Gothic-tinged doom band Dead Register has revealed new track "Drawing Down."

The track, which is taken from upcoming album "Fiber." is a somber 8-minute song for fans of Pinkish Black, Woods of Ypres and The Cure. You can also pre-order "Fiber" on digital/CD or cassette formats here.

Vocalist M. Chvasta commented: "The lyrics for this song are fairly face-value. They explore the sentiment of being literally close to someone but hopelessly distant. The chorus is the denouement of the mutual realization … the moment when you gaze into someone’s eyes and ‘all’ becomes undeniably clear."
