"some music was meant to stay underground..."

The Postman Syndrome

New Jersey post-metal/hardcore outfit The Postman Syndrome have signed on to burgeoning hardcore/metal label Now Or Never Records.

Here is the rest:

"We of The Postman Syndrome are pleased to announce that we have inked a record deal with Now Or Never Records," said The Postman Syndrome Now Or Never Records are the home of Boston hardcore giants Diecast as well as All Else Failed, Maharahj and God Below (not to mention the fact that they put out the first Dillinger Escape Plan record and still manage them to this date). We plan on recording a full-length cd as soon as possible, and hopefully will have it released by this summer. Well, take care everyone, and wish us luck." - Chris

Described as a fusion of complex arrangements with dynamics and passion, The Postman Syndrome craft a unique soundscape that's like no other. Imagine a mix of Meshuggah, Pink Floyd, Neurosis, King Crimson, Tool, Primus, Mr. Bungle, Don Cabellero, Candiria and Cave In and it pretty much sums up The Postman Syndrome.

The Postman Syndrome's Now Or Never Records debut is scheduled for a summer 2002 release.
