Deadlock Posts Tribute Video For Tobias Graf

Band Photo: Deadlock (?)
A full year has gone by since Deadlock founder and long-term drummer Tobias Graf passed away last September. Tobias left the band due to private reasons earlier that year and sadly lost his battle against cancer on September 2, 2014 at the age of 35.
Even after some time has passed, it still seems hard to find the right words for this tragic loss. Under these sad circumstances the band has now released a memorial video, which can be watched below in loving memory - farewell Tobi!

Guys, please reconsider using the term "lost his/her battle with cancer" when speaking about people who have died either from cancer or from cancer-treatment-related illness.
To suggest that someone "lost their battle with cancer" sets the victim of this tragic and horrible disease as "losers". If you've ever loved someone or if you yourself have ever gone through those brutalizing treatments, you'll know that every single person who lives even one day through those treatments or with that disease, is an eternal champion.
Perhaps "he/she died after a long battle with cancer" would be a better option.
Peace. Metal. Out.
