The Agonist Posts "A Necessary Evil" Guitar Playthrough

Guitarists Danny Marino and Paco Jobin of The Agonist take listeners through "A Necessary Evil" in the first of a three part play through video series of fan requested singles from latest album, "Eye Of Providence." Watch the play through video for "A Necessary Evil" below.

Danny Marino comments: "We've been getting a lot of requests from fans for guitar playthrough videos from our new album 'Eye of Providence.' So after listening to the fans, we picked a few songs and got our resident bassist/video director Chris Kells to shoot a couple songs. This first video is for one of my favorite songs on the album, 'A Necessary Evil.' It has a nice blend of staccato riffing, interesting chord extensions and of course, a ripping solo by my man Paco Jobin!"

On the live front, The Agonist will join Epica and Eluvietie on the Revolver North American tour beginning September 8th. The Agonist will also perform at the infamous Heavy MTL Festival in Montreal in August. Find the full tour schedule after the video.
