Murp Crowd Funding New EP "Sweet Music"
Murp - the band featuring a pair of youngsters who shocked America's Got Talent with guttural vocals - has launched a crowd funding campaign to release a new EP. You can contribute and see the perks for taking part at GoFundMe.com here. The band also comments:
"With the help of our Patreon members (and my tax returns) Murp is going to release their second EP! Recording and mixing are complete. So the first half is done, but we are coming up short for the second half of the project.
"We still need to have the album mastered, CD printing/duplicating/packaging, digital releases, bubble mailers, promotions, and all the other fun stuff that seem to come up when putting out a record. We need to raise at least $2000 to cover these costs.
"We're reaching out to Murpsters, and anybody else that has hope for the next generation of Metal. Every donation helps and pledges of 25$ or more will receive a autographed copy of the EP, a Murp poster and badge! Donations over 100$ will get the same thing plus a Commemorative Plaque and a Thank You in the liner notes!
"Our first EP was a bit of a homage to the whole America's Got Talent experience. Aaralyn was 6 years old and Izzy was 9 when that was recorded. Now, 2 years later, Aaralyns vocals have matured, Izzy's drumming has exploded and we can't wait to show you what these two amazing kids have pulled off in the studio!
"his EP way more brutal then our debut, so obviously we are calling it 'Sweet Music.'"
