Timo Häkkinen To Fill In For Kai Hahto On Wintersun Shows

Wntersun has issued the following statement about Kai Hahto missing upcoming tour dates:

"Due to the Nightwish duties Kai is not able to perform the upcoming Wintersun live shows with us. Therefore we are proud to announce that Timo Häkkinen (Sotajumala) will be filling in for the time being. A great drummer and also Kai’s friend, we are going to blast our live shows like before! Cheers!"

Kai had this to say: "As most of the shows during 2015 will collide with Nightwish there was no other option than to get Timo to do the shows I can't. I will be back in 2016 for sure. Cheers!!"

Timo also adds: "I am very honored to fill in for Kai and to help the band out. Kai is a dear friend as well as my all-time favorite drummer. I look forward to the experience and embrace the challenge - see you on the road!"
