Megadeth Members Enter The Recording Studio

Band Photo: Megadeth (?)
The members of Megadeth are currently holed up in the studio working on new material to follow 2013's "Super Collider."
The band hasn't revealed at this time any specific details on the recordings and whether this is already a new full-length, a shorter teaser single, or some other project. Check out photos of Dave Mustaine and Chris Broderick in the studio below.
Prior to "Super Collider," which netted mixed to negative reviews, Megadeth released 2011's "Th1rt3en" (reviewed here) and the 2009 album "Endgame" (reviewed here).

Super Collide wasn't a great album, but Megadeth has put out a solid string of albums since United Abominations and has toured to back it up.
Unfortunately the same can't be said for a band that happened to employ a certain member of a certain band related to this forum topic.
Point being, at least Megadeth makes an effort to make new music and tour in the US rather than just doing weekend cash grabs in Europe 2 months per year. You know who I am talking about.

Just read that Jeff Loomis just replaced Chris Broderick. Here's to hoping that his creativity won't be stifled by megadave. I'm not a guitar expert but I don't think of Jeff's and Dave's styles as being that similar. Hopefully that contrast is complimentary and not clashing.

Can't wait to see the ridiculous name Mustaine comes up with for this album. He's on a ROLL!
