Rob Zombie’s Great American Nightmare returns for its second year and will make its debut at WestWorld Of Scottsdale in the Phoenix, Arizona metro region for select nights from September 19th - November 1st.

The September 19th opening night will feature a special one-night-only concert with Rob Zombie himself. "The first year was such a blast. I am thrilled to be able to take the Great American Nightmare to a new city this year," said Zombie. "My only goal is to make it even sicker than last year."

Great American Nightmare is a fully immersive haunted house experience featuring three attractions based on Rob Zombie’s own horror films: The Lords Of Salem In Total Black Out, Captain Spaulding’s Clown School In 3D, and The Devil’s Rejects.

The attractions will offer a three-dimensional experience with animatronics and effects, a claustrophobic maze, sudden chills and startling thrills, and salacious humor that will make patrons scream with fright and laughter. The following press release was issued about the event:

"At Rob Zombie’s Great American Nightmare, patrons will sequentially enter three different attractions.

"The Lords Of Salem In Total Black Out: This harrowing attraction--based on Zombie’s 2012 The Lords Of Salem independent horror film--is designed to twist the mind. It will accentuate some senses while limiting others. Fear of the darkness, claustrophobia, and fear of the unknown will be preyed on as visitors attempt to traverse this sixty-degree maze.

"Captain Spaulding’s Clown School In 3D: This irreverent school of pure terror is a hallucinogenic trip through the mind of Captain Spaulding (House Of 1000 Corpses, The Devil’s Rejects). Startle after startle will thoroughly frighten the bravest patrons, who won’t know if they should be laughing, screaming or crying.

"The Devil’s Rejects: The murderous, backwoods Firefly family takes to the road to escape a vengeful police force that isn't afraid of being as ruthless as its target. Guests will become part of the state troopers’ search and destroy mission against the Firefly family, who are wanted for over 75 homicides and disappearances.

"In addition, the Great American Nightmare’s Bloody Boulevard will feature freak shows, musical entertainment, roaming characters, themed food and beverages, games and vendors each night."

Tickets for Rob Zombie’s Great American Nightmare go on sale Friday The 13th of June at 10:00 AM PT right here with prices starting at only $25 for September 20th - November 1st. Each ticket includes access to all haunted house attractions and the Bloody Boulevard activities.

Tickets for opening night (September 19th) include the Rob Zombie concert and will be available starting at $45. A limited number of VIP packages will also be available for purchase including a commemorative t-shirt and quicker access to the haunted attractions than general admission. Some packages also include a designated viewing area for the concert and a VIP-only bar.

“We’re excited to be bringing Rob Zombie’s Great American Nightmare to WestWorld of Scottsdale,” says Great American Nightmare producer Steve Kopelman. He continues, “While we really appreciate the tremendous support we received in Southern California, we felt it was our responsibility to bring the terror to as many different people and markets as possible. Great American Nightmare 2014 will build upon the foundation established last year and promises to be bigger and bloodier.”

I think its wise for rob to relocate these every year, that being sad I did go to Pomona last year to witness it and it was really good, but just like everything else you got dirtbags that just show up to events and start trouble and it was evident there, but its also the issue at most Halloween haunt type of gatherings, too many idiots in attendance.
