BotSC Finished Recording Full-Length Album

Brothers Of The Sonic Cloth, the Seattle sludge/doom band featuring frontman Tad Doyle, has posted the following update to its Witch Ape Studios page:

"Today we have finally finished all of the recording. This process has been quite a journey for us and we feel really good about the energy BotSC guitar amplifiers and emotion that we have have infused into the songs . A whole lot of heart and soul was poured into the record with many of the songs being written over six years ago.

We are grateful to all of the people who inspired us along the way and especially those who came to our shows and showed us support all along the path we have weaved. We have booked time with the inimitable Billy Anderson Producer Engine Ear and we are beyond stoked to finish the record and move on to the next phase. Artwork! Stay tuned."

Tad Doyle, who has also collaborated with Mike Scheidt and Aaron Edge in the band Lumbar, will also be appearing with BotSC at the Bleak Outlook Vol. 2 festival in Tacoma. The event will take place between April 11th-13th and will feature over 30 bands. For info on it, head over to the festival's facebook page.
