Sorcier Des Glaces has checked in with the following announcement about releasing a new album during the summer:

"We will release our new album 'Ritual of the End' on Germany's Obscure Abhorrence Productions next summer. 'ROTE' is the follow-up to 2011 'The Puressence of Primitive Forests' and will feature 7 tracks of Cold Primitive Music. We are also working on the 'North' album, coming in 2014."

Sorcier Des Glaces To Release New Album

Canadian black metal band Sorcier Des Glaces has issued the following update about releasing a new album next year:

"We are planning a Spring/Summer 2013 release for the next Sorcier Des Glaces album 'Ritual of the End.' We will work with Obscure Abhorrence Productions from Germany this time for that release!

"The album will feature seven songs, including an icy cover song of a cult Swiss band from the 90's that made three essential albums for Black Metal...

"All guitars, bass & howlings are already recorded for Ritual of the End. Luc will record drums and percussions in Fall 2012, and we will mix/master that whole unholy conjuration in Hell Studio next Winter..."

"Year 2011 is a very active year so far...

"...And it's far from over! 'The Puressence of Primitive Forests' only just hardly hit the stores already that we are again in the studio finishing the recording of 'Snowland Reprise MMXI' and what will become the follow-up to TPOPF: 'Ritual of the End!'

Sorcier Des Glaces Announces New Album Release

Canadian black metal band Sorcier des Glaces has officially finished recording a third album titled "The Puressence of Primitive Forests," which will be released on July 25th, 2011 through Mankind's Demise records. A limited edition of 100 copies will include "Snowland" (original master) as a second CD.

Sorcier Des Glaces Announces Two New Albums & EP

Quebec, Canada black metal act Sorcier Des Glaces has announced the titles of two new albums due for release in 2011 as well as plans for a new split EP. The titles of the two new full lengths have been set as "The Puressence of Primitive Forests" and "North." The split EP will feature fellow extreme metallers Monarque.

Announced song titles set to appear on the releases include the 10 minute epic "Unholy Path To Immortality" and "Macabre Sunset Over The Northland."
