Revoker Updates Tour Schedule

"We regret to announce, due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to play the shows scheduled for Belfast and Dublin on this tour. Really sorry guys but we will be back soon! The following dates for our headline tour are still all go!"

Revoker To Support Chimaira
Welsh ruffians Revoker will be supporting Chimaira on an upcoming March 2012 tour. No strangers to the road, Revoker has been honing the band's chops already with Sepultura, Cavalera Conspiracy, and Rob Zombie, and at the Sonisphere and Bloodstock festivals.
Come Spring time, Revokerand Chimaira will be laying waste to no less than seventeen venues up, down, and across the UK. Currently announced dates are as follows:

Revoker Posts "Stay Down" Video
Roadrunner Records newcomers Revoker are preparing for the May 2nd release of their debut album "Revenge for the Ruthless." As the release draws near, the band has now teamed up with Kerrang! to debut the video for the single "Stay Down."
The video includes an appearance by cage fighter Nick "The Headhunter" Chapman. You can check out the clip by heading over to Kerrang! at this location.
Lead guitarist Chris Greene commented on the band's sound: "It’s the new old school. All of our influences are classic metal and hard rock bands, but we channel them into our own sound. Each song tells a story and has a beginning, middle, and end. That keeps things interesting."
"It’s basically about a weekend where we live," Green went on to say. "You go out, have a few drinks, and get in a scuffle but it’s a good time. We’re the odd ones out in South Wales. We’ve got long hair, love heavy rock music and don’t play rugby. We’re always fighting back."

The organizers of Belgium's largest metal festival, Graspop Metal Meeting, have announced that six more bands have been confirmed for this year's edition of the event. Three More Bands Confirmed For Graspop 2011
The organizers of Belgium's premier heavy metal festival, Graspop Metal Meeting, have announced three more names for this year's edition of the festival. Thrash metal super group Dublin Death Patrol, which features Testament frontman Chuck Billy and Hatriot/former Exodus vocalist Steve "Zetro" Souza, will be performing at the event, as will Rise To Remain, which includes Austin Dickinson, the son o iron Maiden vocalist Bruce Dickinson, as well as All Shall Perish. Revoker Comments On New Single
Revoker's new album "Revenge for the Ruthless" will be released via Roadrunner Records on May 2nd, 2011. The band has now issued the following announcement about releasing a new single from the album:
"'Stay down!' out Sunday! Hey firstly we would like to say a huge thank you to Skindred and their crew for looking after us last week (you guys rule!) and a huge thank you to everyone who showed up early to the Rob Zombie shows and watched us play! We had an amazing week and we cant wait to get back out on the road!
"Anyway! You will be able to download our first single 'Stay Down' from iTunes on Sunday but if you cant wait till then to ear it, you can tune into Bamma 5 at 9pm on Sat Feb. 26th on the syfy channel to catch it on there! It would mean alot to us if you guys downloaded the single!"

Revoker Announces New Album Title
U.K. based act Revoker has announced the title of the band's debut album will be "Revenge for the Ruthless." The album is currently being recorded at Nott-In-Pill and Junkyard studios in Newport with producer Benji Webbe (Skindred). The album will be released via Roadrunner Records on May 2nd 2011.

Cavalera Conspiracy Confirmed For Graspop 2011
The organizers of Belgium's Graspop Metal Meeting festival have announced that Cavalera Conspiracy, the band featuring Sepultura founders Igor and Max Cavalera, have been confirmed for the event. Also added to the bill is Russian folk metal band Arkona. Neither band's performance date has been confirmed as of yet however. The festival takes place in the town of Dessel from June 24th-26th.
